There are two one on one coaching sessions with Dr. Z included during the Challenge. These are scheduled at the beginning of the challenge and again in the middle or towards the end of the challenge, as each participant desires. These sessions are completely confidential. It is a virtual call in a safe environment with a certified coach, Dr. Z.
