Virtual Group Coaching Begins on October 8th!
During the Workshop, we learned about choices that affect your identity and how it makes it hard to keep the weight off permanently.
During the next three weeks of the group coaching, each session will include a deeper dive into your habits around weight loss:
An overweight identity
Habits reinforce seeing yourself as overweight
Habits overpower Willpower
You can restrict and avoid food for only so long
Emotional eating or Overeating
You eat when you are sad, happy, and even feeling neutral. Every emotion feels like hunger.
After each deep dive over these three weeks, there will be time available for individuals to receive coaching in a caring, safe environment with a certified coach, Dr. Z in a group filled with other like-minded individuals on a virtual Zoom call.

Our goal is to create lasting change. While not all habits and limiting philosophies can be broken in 3 weeks, you will come away feeling motivated and like you have the information you need to truly be successful at losing the weight and keeping it off.
